Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations Before 7 Days: Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the booking date.
2. Cancellations Between 3-6 Days: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
3. Cancellations Within 48 Hours: No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation request date.
2. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
3. For any technical issues or delays in processing refunds, please contact our support team for assistance.

Non-Refundable Items

1. Activities canceled due to bad weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled or adjusted, but no refunds will be issued.
2. No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds.
